Tried to replace a print head myself, and in doing so I managed to not only NOT replace the print head but added to my frustration by BREAKING OFF a plastic piece that holds the now broken print head. I almost cried. Called Techni-Serve in a massive panic. They were kind enough to dig through their printer carcass's to locate the broken plastic piece!! They were able to come out the next day and not only fix the piece I broke but then replaced my printer head and cleaned off several areas that were in need of some TLC.
